Australian cocktail brand Versa launches a light, easy-drinking, European-inspired Spritz range
Australian ready-to-drink cocktail brand Versa launches three Spritz flavours. After the success of the brand’s ready-to-pour Negroni and Martini, Versa has expanded its product offering with a Limoncello, Negroni and Martini canned Spritz collection.
Established in 2020, Versa means ‘to pour’ in Italian and aims to create ready-to-drink cocktail products using authentic ingredients and traditional methods.
Created using ingredients sourced from Europe and bottled in Australia, the new range offers a twist on the classic cocktail, conveniently canned for drinking at a variety of occasions such as summer picnics, garden parties, barbecues, family get-togethers and the holiday season.
Complementing the heritage of the brand, the Limoncello Spritz blends Italian Limoncello and Prosecco with soda water to create a balanced and refreshing summer drink with vibrant citrus notes.
The brand’s move into RTD’s comes from increased consumer demand to replicate the same flavours and quality they have come to expect from Versa’s bottled RTP range in convenient on-the-go packaging.
Each can of Versa Spritz is best served straight from the fridge or poured into a glass over ice. The new range is presented in a 250ml can at 8% alc. vol (approx 1.6 standard drinks) and includes:
Italian Limoncello, Prosecco and Soda water
Versa’s award-winning Versa Gin Martini (London Dry Gin and Italian Dry Vermouth) and Soda Water
Versa’s award-winning Negroni (London Dry Gin, Italian Vermouth, Campari) and Soda Water
Versa’s new spritz range will be available to purchase online at versacocktails.com.au and participating Dan Murphy’s for $42 per 4 pack. Cases from $146 (Negroni 16 cans) and $220 (Limoncello and Martini 24 cans)
