SOFI Spritz has released its first-ever Summer Series across the country with a limited-edition Wild Berries and Pomegranate all-natural cocktail can.
The Italian inspired cocktail is an Aussie twist on The Tintoretto, a holiday favourite, traditionally made with Prosecco and pomegranate juice and described as the nephew of the much-loved Bellini.
SOFI’s twist is made with Australian wine, seasonal wild berries, pomegranate and sparkling water.
The SOFI Summer Series cans are available exclusively with Coles; in Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars stores. 4 Pack (250 mL cans) – $20.
SOFI launches pop-up Bondi bar
Sofi Spritz has also opened new pop-up Spritz Bar at Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel.
The pop-up will be open on summer weekends throughout December and January in the Beach Road garden, from 3-7pm Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
The garden terrace has been transformed into a leafy outdoor Italian oasis, with a bright and colourful pagola, adorned with greenery and fruit to mimic a classic Amalfi Coast bar.
Spritz lovers can enjoy an all-natural cocktail with Beach Road live DJs performing every weekend. A cocktail will set you back $10 a glass or $20 a carafe.
