Rum Ron Barceló signs distribution deal with Kollaras & Co

Global rum giant Ron Barceló has signed an exclusive Australian distribution deal with Kollaras & Co.

The agreement will see the award-winning rum distributed through Kollaras & Co’s multi-channel network, both domestically and internationally.

Ron Barceló is the Dominican Republic’s leading rum and is exported to more than 50 countries worldwide. It is the only Dominican rum crafted from the juice of sugar cane, and to have a 100% green production process.

The exclusive deal is part of the rum maker’s international expansion plan that is described by the producer as a ‘journey of instinct that has no borders.’

Doug Misener, Kollaras & Co’s Commercial Director, said the partnership was an “inspired move” that would facilitate new market ventures for both companies.
