Award-winning Sydney distillery Archie Rose and Newtown martini specialist Bar Planet have created the delightful Sunshine Martini.
Sunshine Martini is mixed with Archie Rose’s Sunrise Lime Gin Harvest 2020, pineapple, chamomile and apple – exuding a zesty flavour reminiscent of freshly peeled oranges. It is the third time that the distillery has enlisted the talent of award winning bartender Harrison Kenney who has shifted from OK! Cantina to the Enmore Road martini mecca in 2021.
For drinks that travel well, the Sydney distillery has also created a series of ready-to-go Canned Cocktails feature their Signature Dry Gin and Original Vodka. Staying true to the brands ethos, each cocktail is mixed with local flavours and native botanical ingredients, offering a vegan-friendly, low-calorie cocktail.
