Winners of the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) WA Hospitality Supplier Awards were announced this week, recognising the state’s best product and service suppliers in the hospitality industry.

Accolade Wines, Asahi, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB), Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA), Diageo, Lion, Liquid Mix and Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) were all major award winners this year.

AHA WA CEO, Bradley Woods said “The WA Hospitality Supplier Awards demonstrate high calibre hospitality services and products in WA. There are large businesses as well as many local, small and family owned businesses that are all delivering exceptional, high quality products and services across Western Australia.

“Just as the hospitality industry strives to provide the best service to its customers – the industry suppliers also do the same.”

Each year the Ross McGovern Hospitality Industry Achievement Award is given to one individual for distinction. This year the award was given to Don Baron from Lion, recognising his long history of excellent service to WA’s hospitality sector.
