Sydney Airport Launches RFP for Signature Concept Bar

Sydney Airport has launched a request for approval for a new signature bar to be situated within the T2 Domestic terminal, in-line with its undergoing transformation to enhance passenger experience.

The proposed bar is part of T2’s revitalised food and beverage offering, and will form an iconic component of the airport experience. It also offers food and beverage brands the opportunity to be situated within the country’s busiest airport terminal.

Sydney Airport General Manager, Retail Glyn Williams said, “This signature bar will be the pinnacle of the food and beverage experience at T2, and we’re looking for an innovative partner with the vision and creativity to deliver a truly unique and contemporary experience.

The RFP calls for an innovative design concept and contemporary bar menu to complement the overall beverage experience.

Sydney Airport will look to make the concept bar a focal point within the terminal.
