Scott Leach has been elected as Australian Hotels Association’s (AHA) National President for the next year.

Mr. Leach was voted into the position at a meeting held in Melbourne on October 31 2016 and has also served as AHA’s NSW President for the last eight years.

Mr. Leach will be taking over the national presidency from Peter Burnett AM and will remain president of AHA NSW during the term.

“I am extremely humbled by the support of my colleagues across Australia,” Mr. Leach said.

“I look forward to working with the various AHA teams right across the nation over the coming year, as we continue to advocate for what is best for our industry and our hundreds of thousands of employees.”
