Red Island Group is now distributing Chase Spirits from the UK in Australia.
The Chase Distillery is the UK’s first and only single estate distillery and creator of the world’s first super-premium English potato vodka, which was voted World’s Best Vodka at the San Francisco Spirits Competition.
The range, inspired by quintessential British flavours, also includes Chase’s Oak Smoked Vodka, Marmalade Vodka, Rhubarb Vodka, Williams Elegant Gin, Williams Great British Extra Dry Gin, Elderflower Liqueur and Rhubarb Liqueur.
Chase Spirits are made by hand from start to finish at William Chase’s family farm. Crops are planted in spring and harvested in autumn, followed by fermentation of the potatoes for vodka and apples for gin.
The spirits are then distilled three times through ‘fat Betty’ – a handcrafted copper batch pot, and then go twice through Chase’s 70ft copper rectification column (the tallest in the world) before each bottle is filled and hand-sealed on-site.
Chase Vodka and Elegant Gin are being distributed to Dan Murphy’s, while the rest of the portfolio is available to on-premise and off-premise independents.
