With mutual love and respect for connection, inclusivity and good times Merivale and Absolut Vodka have joined forces in collaboration with the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras to make the world-famous event even more fabulous.
Along with drag shows, DJs, live entertainment, parties and other festivities, festival-goers can choose from a selection of restaurant, drink, dine and stay packages at Merivale establishments. The packages either include Absolut Party packs with Absolut Rainbow Limited Edition 700 ml bottles or the signature Mardi Gras cocktail, the Absolut Banger.
Merivale and Absolut created the signature cocktail, the Absolut Banger with an enticing combination of Absolut Lime, Lillet Blanc, Passionfruit and Granny Smith apple available to order at selected venues from 5 February to 7 March. In keeping with the Mardi Gras spirit, charity partners, Bobby Goldsmith Foundation and ACON will receive two dollars with every signature cocktail sold.
Whether it’s the pre-parade party at The Beresford with a cocktail, three-course brunch and drag show, a banquet at The Paddington by head-chef, Ben Greeno or a stay and play in the CBD at The Establishment, Merivale and Absolut packages will make for a memorable Mardi Gras 2021 experience.
Packages are on sale here but be quick because the first 500 to book will receive a free ticket to the Mardi Gras parade at the Sydney Cricket Ground compliments of Absolut Vodka, a major sponsor of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
