Joval Wine Group has joined its first brand partnership in the spirits category, signing with SOFI Aperitivo with the Australian spirit to be rolled out through the distributor’s red + white channel.
The focus will be on expanding SOFI’s distribution across on-premise and off-premise networks including retail chains, hospitality groups, restaurants, bars and the hotel and accommodation sectors.

Inspired by the Italian love for Aperitivo, Mr Maclean created SOFI as the perfect all-natural spritz with no added sugar and packaged for the Australian way of life.
SOFI Aperitivo Blood Orange and Bitters is Australia’s natural Aperitivo: a balance of local grape spirit, blood orange and bitter botanicals (inspired by The Veneto Spritz). Suggested serve is with Prosecco, soda to taste and a wedge of fresh citrus.
In addition, their Pink Grapefruit and Lavender Aperitivo is balances local grape spirit, pink grapefruit and a touch of lavender (inspired by The Pompelmo). Additional releases including limited editions are still to come.
