Campari Australia is sending cocktail kits and virtual assistance packs to participating venues as part of its COVID-19 response initiative – Shaken Not Broken.

The Response Package aims to help venues sell cocktails and drinks online to stay connected to their local communities. The Response Package will be delivered to 200 registered venues across Australia, and includes donated Campari products, bottles, swing tags and coasters.

The intiative also includes access to Campari Australia’s Online Ordering Platform Partner HungryHungry to assist venues to sell their products online if they do not yet have this capability.

Simon Durrant, Managing Director of Campari Australia and New Zealand said Campari Australia worked closely with its dedicated bartender ambassadors to curate items for the cocktail kits that will best serve the current needs of venues and bartenders.

“We’ve been amazed by the industry’s agility at changing and adapting to new norms. We’ve seen ongoing efforts to swiftly move to take-away and delivery options, for venues to continue doing what they do best – offer bespoke cocktails and drinks for their patrons to enjoy at home,” he said.

“We hope the release of Campari Australia’s Shaken Not Broken Response Package will help equip participating venues with what they need to reconnect with their local community, while bringing in revenue to help them make it through to the other side.”

Stefan Catino, owner of Maybe Group, Sydney, said the Shaken Not Broken package offers the hospitality industry the tangible tools to allow venues to serve customers in their own unique way.

“It’s a very tough period for the industry, but what is remarkable is our human spirit of survival and the unwavering determination of venues to weather the storm. We are energised by the support generated by Shaken Not Broken. This initiative will allow us to keep bringing our bespoke cocktails into the comfort of our patrons’ homes,” said Catino.

Campari Australia has urged venues that are yet to sign-up to register here with access to the virtual pack here.
