Great news! The fundraising has kicked off all over NSW and the ACT, with bartenders showing their patrons their U.G.L.Y. sides!

Throughout October the team at the Tex-Mex diner, El Camino Cantina in The Rocks, is serving up some U.G.L.Y. realness! Head down and taste their delicious U.G.L.Y. Margarita with proceeds from both their 15oz and 24oz U.G.L.Y. Margarita being donated to the Leukaemia Foundation.

This Friday night (14 October), channel your inner bogan and join Shazza and Bazza at the Blaxland Tavern in Sydney’s Blue Mountains. The fun begins at 5pm with sausage sanga’s, tinnies, flannos, stubbies and uggies. There are awesome prizes for the best bogan fashion statement, so get dressed up and join in the fun.

If golf is your game – Toongabbie Hotel, Bellingen Golf Club, Kaleen Bar and Bistro, and Ginninderra Tavern are the venues you need to check out as they are hitting the U.G.L.Y. greens in late October.

And last but not least – ladies, treat yourselves to a special girls night out in Dubbo, at the Milestone Hotel, which is holding a private screening of Pretty Woman with Champagne and canapes. Or, check out the Neath Hotel on Saturday 22 October, where you will enjoy an amazing dinner, ladies auction and be waited on hand and foot by some gorgeous male waiters.

U.G.L.Y. Bartender of the Year is raising money for the Leukaemia Foundation’s Accommodation Service. Find and support your local U.G.L.Y. Bartender at uglybartender.org.au
