BARCATS has added a new “Rockstar” service that instantly connects venues with hospitality professionals in their area who are ready to work last-minute shifts.
The establishment of the service follows the digital platform celebrating its 1st birthday just over a month ago.
Over the past year BARCATS has helped hospitality venues fill casual, part-time and full-time roles. The new Rockstar service is designed to save venues time and money with a more efficient and effective way to fill last-minute shifts.
“We believe venues have either had to compromise on service or pay exorbitant consulting rates to fill one-off shifts. BARCATS is the affordable solution that can help bring people together,” said Jeff Williams, CEO (above).
BARCATS is connected with a hospitality community of more than 7000 venues and 21,000 staff ready to work.
“We are so confident that we can fill last-minute shifts that we will pay back the $30 to post a job if venues don’t have any applicants within four hours of the job starting.”
According to Williams, there are already hundreds of staff registered for the new service.
