New cocktail company Curatif has joined forces with Four Pillars Gin and Archie Rose Distilling Co to create two premium canned cocktails.

With the premixed spirit category up 40% in the past 12 months and consumers aspiring towards premium experiential moments, Curatif has created the Four Pillars Negroni and Archie Rose Espresso Martini in a can.

“Driven by quality, convenience and sustainability, we’ve achieved a new product category, the ultra-premium, ready to serve, canned cocktail that allows us to elevate the drinking occasion and entertaining experience at home,” said Curatif Co-founder, Matt Sanger.

“Every detail from the Espresso Martini foam to the balance of Negroni ingredients has been carefully crafted with our brand partners to achieve perfection. For the Espresso Martini, we have also worked with Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters to develop a unique espresso that would work with nitrogen to sustain the cocktail quality in a canned format.”

With one in three cocktails ordered at the bar being an espresso martini, and the undying love for gin and Negronis, Curatif said these two products are just the beginning of its journey to shake up the industry.

“Consumers can enjoy the world’s best spirit brands blended with the highest quality ingredients and delivered straight to their glass (or not) with the very same impeccable quality as the world’s best bars,” said Sanger.

The canned cocktails are available from Dan Murphy’s and selected liquor stores throughout Australia and from www.curatif.com. Espresso Martini RRP $12 (individual), $45 (four-pack), $270 (case); Negroni – $13 (individual), $50 (four-pack), $300 (case).
