Non-Alc UK brand Caleño launches in Australia

After massive success in the UK, the award-winning non-alcoholic Columbian-inspired spirit brand, Caleño is launching in Australia.

The brand was founded four years ago by Ellie Webb, the only solo female founder in the UK No & Low drinks category. She created the brand to give those who don’t drink or are moderating alcohol intake the opportunity to enjoy fun, vibrant and flavoursome drinks. 

Serving the consumer demand for non-alc drinks, Caleño delivers a refreshing tropical sipping moment without compromising taste and experience. They are also tapping into the better-for-you trend of sugar-free, gluten-free, low in calories and vegan-friendly.

Available nationally through an exclusive deal with Dan Murphy’s, Caleño comes in two expressions, Dark & Spicy – a tropical non-alcoholic spiced rum alternative, bold with complex flavours of Colombia served best with ginger ale over ice, garnished with a wedge of lime. And Light & Zesty – a tropical non-alcoholic gin alternative distilled with a unique mix of citrus, Inca berry and pineapple served best with tonic over ice, garnished with a wedge of fresh pineapple. 

Caleño has experienced strong growth since its launch in the UK, growing by over 180% in the last three years. The brand has since launched in other key European countries, the US, and the Middle East, reflecting the ambition and dedication of the Caleño team to grow brand awareness internationally.
