Beer for a Cause: Bondi Brewing Co. Charity Tanks

Sydney’s Bondi Brewing Co. have been making some serious steps forward since joining the craft beer game back in 2018, though perhaps none quite as exciting as what they plan to achieve through their recently launched microbrewery.

Located within the premises of the vibrant Asian restaurant Easy Tiger, Bondi Brewing has partnered with House Made Hospitality to launch Good Tanks, a project designed to fulfil three purposes: support local community projects and charities by donating a dollar for every brew sold, stoke (even more) life and community-sense into the beachy suburb they call home, and, naturally, to produce great beer.

“For our first major collaboration of 2024 we wanted to highlight local legends and give them the opportunity to not only be part of a fun brewing project, but also give back to a cause that is meaningful to them,” said Head Brewer Paul Parks.

Unveiled last night during the project’s Easy Tiger launch event was the series’ first release: the Salties Pacific Lager. This easy-drinking drop was crafted in collaboration with community group Bondi Salties in support of Pledge For The Planet.

“I’m really excited to have the opportunity to support the community I know and love, all from our new microbrewery, and in partnership with our mates at House Made Hospitality and Easy Tiger,” said Paul.

“This year is off to a cracking start, and I can’t wait to bring Bondi locals and beer lovers more tasty brews with a cause in 2024 and beyond! It’s about bringing people together and creating awareness, one tank at a time.”

Currently, Bondi Brewing Co.’s Good Tank beers are exclusive to the place where they are freshest, Easy Tiger, where they will continue to be served year round.
