Dominic Wines have been handed down three generations from the hardworking hands of Croatian immigrants who fled post-war Europe. Today, under the care of Brian Dominic (pictured), Dominic Wines can be found in the UK, across Europe and in Canada and China.

Dominic Wines’ celebrated chief winemaker Linley Schultz is passionate about creating a diverse range of quality South Australian red and white wines, full of fruit and flavour, at affordable prices. With years of international experience and learning behind him, each of his wines has a unique story to tell.

Drawing on fruit from the company’s Riverland vineyards and complemented by grapes from 42 dedicated growers across South Australia, the more popular red varietals include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Dry Red, while the whites cover Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon and Dry White.

There are four ranges in the Dominic Wines stable. Evolution Story’s fruit is sourced from vineyards using sustainable growing practises with minimal water use and bottled in a 100% recycled light weight glass bottle with labels printed on recycled stock, printed with soy-based inks.

The winemakers’ selection, Dominic Wines Black Label Range represents premium varietals from highly regarded viticultural regions of South Australia, including the diverse, cool climate micro-regions of Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek.

Henry & Lucas is a quality wine capturing the essence of small productions and recognises the local vignerons who work with such passion and pride.

Boundary Station is a range produced with the solid belief that everyone deserves to drink quality wine at an affordable price.
