Bushmills Irish Whiskey new limited release single malt whiskey is now available via The Whisky List.
Bottled exclusively for Australia, the limited release 2008 Douro Cask Finish (13-year-old) is one of the key Single Malt whiskeys featured within The Causeway Collection.
Bushmills is the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. Maturing in olrosso and bourbon casks for almost eight years before finishing in Douro wine casks for an unprecedented five years, the classic red wine notes from this Portuguese cask brings bold aromas of dark luscious berries and ripe plums. The beautiful colour of this single malt whiskey perfectly reflects its taste, with a sensational combination of dark berries and ripe plum sweetness before a final twist of black pepper.
