The Drinks Industry Show Announces Free Seminars

Drinks industry professionals from all corners of the industry are invited to attend a series of free educational seminars hosted by leading industry experts that will run during the trade exhibition on Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 November at Luna Park in Sydney.


Directly following the co-located ‘drinks association Special Event: Network Breakfast’, on Tuesday 17 November, the first seminar session will be led by the drinks association’s CEO, Sandra Przibilla.


With over 30 years’ experience in the drinks industry, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role as CEO of the drinks association [publishers of drinks bulletin]. From general management, sales coordination and business development, to senior roles including managing director and CEO, her understanding of the liquor business is both comprehensive and expansive, making her a leader in her field.


Ms Przibilla expressed her anticipation for the event.


“The drinks association will be attending The Drinks Industry Show and is looking forward to creating new relationships with the drinks industry over the two days of the show.”


Other key industry speakers include the CEO of Restaurant & Catering Association (R&CA), John Hart, Director of Liquor and Policing at Australian Hotels Association (AHA) NSW, John Green, as well as Simon Ford, Managing Director of Shopper Tracker Australia and Richard Basil-Jones, Managing Director of Ebiquity.


Like-minded professionals within the drinks industry will have the unique opportunity to meet new suppliers and sample a range of alcoholic beverages under the one roof.


CEO, Restaurant & Catering Association (R&CA), John Hart highlights the show offering, commenting:

The Drinks Industry Show will feature an educational and entertaining programme including ‘explore drinks’ master classes, mixology demos, taste testing, a brand ambassador takeover and the Australian Bartenders Guild (ABG) Classic & Flair National Cocktail Competition.
