After a year filled with many challenges, the drinks association is thrilled to announce the appointment of its own Hope McMurdy into the newly-assigned role of General Manager.

The role, which will commence 1 January 2016, is an exciting step for the association’s former Business Development Manager, as she ventures into the realms of senior management following a difficult year battling breast cancer.

Her positive attitude and can-do approach to both work and her personal life has won her many fans in the wider drinks industry, and we are so proud to have her as part of the team.

Of her appointment, Hope says: “I am both thrilled and humbled to be taking up the role of General Manager at the drinks association. I look forward to continuing to make a difference to both the business and the drinks industry as a whole as we work to further improve the services we offer.”
