Teeling Whiskey Company has begun exporting Irish single malt whiskey from its new Dublin distillery; the newest distillery to be built in the capital of Ireland in 125 years.

The new distillery was opened to meet growing demand as the category faces revival for the first time since the declines of the late 19th century.

The opening will ensure that Teeling Whiskey Company has complete control over production in Ireland.

“It is exciting to be working with an Irish whiskey company that takes pride in the quality of their product and is passionate about their heritage while driving innovation and choice within the Irish whiskey category,” says National Brand Manager at SouthTrade International, Eddie Brook.

Now available to the on-premise from SouthTrade, the Teeling Whiskey range in Australia currently includes Teeling’s signature whiskey – Teeling Small Batch Rum Cask Finish; Teeling Single Grain, Single Malt and Poitin; and the rare Teeling 21 Year Old Silver Bottling, Teeling 26 Year Old Gold Bottling and Teeling 30 Year Old Platinum Bottling.
