Somma alcoholic mineral water, no-sugar alternative to traditional ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages is now available in Australia.

Somma is an Australian-first alcoholic mineral water, echoing the popular alcoholic seltzers that have recently taken off in the American market.

The alcoholic sparkling water, which is available in two flavours – cucumber & mint and watermelon & lime – has less than 34 calories per 100ml as opposed to around 60 calories in a standard ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage or 70 in 100ml of white wine.

The water used in the production of Somma is drawn from an extinct volcano in regional Victoria.

Natural flavours and carbonation have been added to create a lightly sparkling drink with just 0.7 standard drinks per can (only 3.5% alcohol by volume).

Somma is free from artificial colours and flavours, all natural, low in carbohydrates and contains no sugar. Somma is also vegan and gluten-free.
