Quiet Deeds isn’t keeping quiet about it; this month, its bringing back yet another limited edition of the popular Quiet Deeds White IPA.
The White IPA combines the wheat base and spice additions of a Belgian Wit Beer with the hop-character of an India Pale Ale over a complex fusion of Cascade, Centennial and Mosaic hops with BB Pale, JW Wheat and Rolled Oats malts.
Up front its crisp and bitter, with yeast derived flavours of orange peel, coriander and spice, followed by a muted banana and biscuity mouthfeel on the mid-palate. Finishing clean and dry with high citrus tones, the White IPA is a refreshing, well-balanced ale, perfect for a warm weekend afternoon.
Quiet Deeds White IPA will be available from 26 October, in six-packs ($22 per), 375ml cans and 50L kegs.
