Scheduled to open in September, Centrepiece at Melbourne Park is inviting expressions of interest from Victorian based beverage businesses to supply the conference and events venue.

With a paddock to plate philosophy, Centrepiece’s food and beverage will focus on sustainable and seasonal produce that champions local producers and suppliers.

Lara Burnes, General Managerof the venue, Lara Burnes, says: “Victoria’s food and beverage industry is revolutionary. We are so excited to partner with some of the best local suppliers our state has to offer and support our Victorian producers.

“Our menu and beverage philosophy is intrinsically linked to Melbourne’s vibrant culinary scene – what better way to celebrate this than partnering with suppliers that embody the true essence of Victoria.”

Surrounded by some of Australia’s premier venues for hosting sports, music, business and entertainment, Centrepiece at Melbourne Park will complete the thriving Melbourne and Olympic Parks precinct. It sits adjacent to Rod Laver Arena and directly across the road from the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Expressions of interest are invited from producers and suppliers of beer, wine, spirits, Champagne, soft drinks, juices, milk and coffee. Visit the Tender Victoria Portal  and make your submission prior to 5.00pm, Friday 14 May. 2021.
