This coming World Gin Day (11 June), Archie Rose Distilling Co. – Sydney’s newest bar and distillery – will host a Tailored Gin session, in which members of the public will have the chance to make their own bottle of gin using a whole host of botanicals.

Archie Rose Ambassadors will run through how to select and balance botanicals such as juniper berry, fresh apple, blood lime and river mint. The Tailored Gin will then be made there and then on-site at the distillery within 30 minutes while guest distillers sit in the Archie Rose bar, where signature spirits/cocktails, cured meats and cheese platters will be served.

The $120 deal includes a botanical exploration session with Archie Rose ambassadors, choice of an Archie Rose signature serve at the bar and a personalised bottle of Tailored Gin. The bottle will include the creator’s name handwritten on the bottle. Additional bottles will be able to be purchased for an additional $89.

The sessions will run at 2pm and 6pm from midday on World Gin Day. Each is limited to 20 people.
