Laurent-Perrier Australia has announced the appointment of Caroline Desaulle as its first-ever Laurent-Perrier Brand Ambassador for the Australia and Pacific region.

Desaulle has relocated to Sydney, Australia from the Laurent-Perrier Headquarters in Tours-sur-Marne, France to represent the champagne house.

Paul Stenmark of Laurent-Perrier Australia said: “We welcome Caroline into the Laurent-Perrier team in Australia with thanks to Laurent-Perrier in France for the investment and support given to the Australian market. Caroline will assist our sales teams in trade relations, marketing support and promotional development with particular focus on our Cuvée Rosé, the number one selling rosé champagne by value, worldwide.”

Hailing from Paris, France, Desaulle has spent much of her career developing her passion and interest for wines and champagnes. At age 18 years she left Paris to study at the NEOMA Business School in Reims, where she discovered the Champagne region, spending time at vineyards in Cote de Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne and Aube.

In 2017 Desualle began her role at Laurent-Perrier as the Brand and Product Manager. Based out of the Headquarters in Tours-sur-Marne she has work closely alongside the Laurent-Perrier’s Nonancourt family, developing the product and packaging and managing global media plans.

According to the Champagne House, Desualle’s mission while in Australia is to spread her passion about the brand and the champagne category and to share the values of the house to the growing Australia and Pacific market.

Desaulle said: “It is a great honour for me to represent the Laurent-Perrier house on the far side of the world. Australia and New Zealand are two dynamic markets where we see many opportunities and want to invest in by developing strong partnerships. I am excited for Australia to learn more about Laurent-Perrier’s unique range of champagnes”.
