Melbourne Food and Wine (MFW) in conjunction with HOSTPLUS, is set to launch the 2015 HOSTPLUS Hospitality scholarship in March.

The scholarship program is open to young professionals (18-30 year olds) from all areas of Australia’s hospitality industry.

Successful applicants will have access to Melbourne Food and Wine’s extensive global network to work in internationally acclaimed venues worldwide, as well as $2000 spending money and a one year mentorship with a local industry leader.

Applications can be submitted from 2 March until 10 April, and the winner announced later in May.

To apply, you will need to upload a short video online discussing your passion for the industry and explaining how you will use the opportunity to add value to your career in Australia.
