Feral Brewing’s East Coast IPA returns on July 1 with an oaked up, juicy spin off called Dirty Biggie.

This ECIPA has the same peach and mango flavours found in Biggie Juice, but with the addition of French oak. The oak chips are added in the fermentation process to create a creamy mouthfeel and a hit of vanilla and coconut aroma.

Rob Brajkovich, General Manager, Feral Brewing Co said: “We have been experimenting with French oak in our beers for years. Our team has been trialling with upscaling our Dirty Biggie recipe so it can be brewed at our production facility and packaged as our latest Brewpub Series Release.

“What makes Dirty Biggie so special is that it is the first Oaked New England/East Coast IPA to hit the Australian market.

“This year has been incredibly difficult for our team and the beer industry as a result of COVID-19 but we are excited that we can restart the engine with a new craft beer on the market, and more importantly, share a long overdue drink with our mates.”

Dirty Biggie is the latest craft beer to join a long list of award-winning craft beers from Feral – Biggie Juice, Hop Hog, Sly Fox, Feral Draught, War Hog, and Perth Local.
