Rosé Rendezvous virtual tasting and panel
Over Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 March, four of Australia’s leading winemakers hosted wine trade for an exclusive virtual tasting and panel discussion dedicated to Australian rosé.
The panel spanned Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales, and was comprised of Nic Bowen Chief Winemaker at Marchand & Burch, Peter Dillon Head Winemaker at Handpicked, Corrina Wright Winemaker & Director at Oliver’s Taranga, and Mike de Iuliis Winemaker and Owner at De Iuliis Wines.
Beyond diving into the stories and winemaking decisions behind each of their respective rosés, the panel provided valuable insight into the state of Australian rosé more generally along with where it might be headed.
