Lyre’s launches its new summer flavours

Lyre’s is adding two more spirits to its portfolio this season: two Agave alternatives – Agave Blanco and Agave Reserva, and London Pink Spirit.
Its new summer range comes on the back of the business running a capital raise of $37 million, valuing the business at AUD$500 million. It’s meteoric rise for a brand that has been trading for less than two and a half years, during which it has entered more than 60 countries, secured partnerships with the world’s leading spirits distributors and listings with over 50 major retailers.
Lyre’s hosted breakfast at The Boathouse, Rose Bay on a stunning Sydney morning to announce the additions to its range and where guests were the first in the world to sample the Agave spirits.
The Paloma at The Boathouse was the pick of the morning for Drinks Trade but the Margaritas looked to be the bestsellers. There was also an Espresso Martini Bar and a Gin Bar crafting up all sorts of delights for guests.
What a glorious experience it was to sip meticulously made cocktails for breakfast, listen to jazz and chat over brunch before running off at full tilt for a productive day’s work.

Lyre’s Agave Blanco and Agave Reserva are homages to tequila classics with a mélange of flavours, evoking notes of citrus, peppers, pine, spices, and oak. An essential ingredient to the Margarita and Paloma Lyre’s Agave range contains natural essences, extracts, and distillates that match the aromas, tastes, and textures you find within their alcoholic counterparts. All Lyre’s spirits are also 100 per cent vegan, nut-free, and gluten-free.
Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
Complex yet playful, Lyre’s Pink London Spirit is filled with rosehip, raspberries, and red currant flavours. The palate is savoury and seductive, with notes of cherry, rose, and a pleasing juniper gin-like finish. Easily enjoyed in your favourite craft cocktail, Pink London Spirit delights over ice with a splash of tonic water and lemon.
