Bombay Sapphire launches limited edition English Estate
Limited edition Bombay Sapphire English Estate launched in Sydney last night at award-winning bar The Barber Shop.
Cocktails showcasing the new gin were developed by the bar team at The Barber Shop using Artisan Tonic Water and will be available to patrons until August 15.
The cocktails highlight the familiar bright citrus and spice notes of Bombay Sapphire, but also draw out the additional English Estate botanicals of pennyroyal mint, rosehip and toasted hazelnut, that have been delicately infused into Bombay Sapphire English Estate.
Drinks Trade’s favourite was the Gin and Tonica, with gin, mint, raspberries, apple, violet blossom and tonic.
Guests also enjoyed delicious morsels including Smoked Salmon and Caviar Blinis, Duck Sausage Rolls and Juniper Braised Lamb Shoulder Tarts.
