Asahi Dome – Dark Mofo 2019
Mona’s midwinter festival Dark Mofo is an annual pilgrimage to Hobart, celebrating the dark through large-scale public art, food, film, music, light and noise.
This year, Asahi Super Dry has entered the magic by activating the Asahi Dome during the coveted, nocturnal neighbourhood of Night Mass in the shape of a striking, 16-metre diameter pavilion where visitors are met with an immersive sound and light experience created by projection artist Joel Zika and soundscaper Lord Fascinator.

“This year we are thrilled to launch the Asahi Super Dry Dome and invite people to ‘Enter Asahi’ and share in a multi touchpoint sensory experience over the crisp, quick and clean finish of an Asahi Super Dry,”
The Asahi Dome activates at Dark Mofo from June 6-23 during the sold out Night Mass sessions from 10pm onwards.
