Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week returns to Australia for its 20th year this week, with designers set to showcase their latest styles centre stage. Supporting this year’s event from the drinks industry are Tempus Two, Asahi Super Dry, Rekorderlig Cider, Cîroc  (Official Spirit Partner of the event), Vranken Pommery and Sanpellegrino.

Tempus Two returns again as the Official Wine Partner of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia 2015. This year, the wine brand will be hosting guests at its hub space inside Fashion Week, offering attendees a place to sit under the custom Tempus Two tree, or recharge their mobiles at its phone recharge station.

Specifically tonight, media are invited along to an exclusive event with Tempus Two winemaker, Andrew Duff who will be hosting guests front-row at the Aje runway and at an exclusive canapé event.

Alongside Aje and among the top designers guests can expect to see during the rest of this year’s Fashion Week runway, are Tome, Bec & Bridge, Watson X Watson, By Johnny, Michael Lo Sordo, Ginger & Smart, Alice McCall, We Are Handsome, Manning Cartell, Romance was Born and Johanna Johnson.

In addition at the Mecerdes Benz Fashion Weekend Edition (April 18-19), Tempus Two will be giving away a range of branded prizes to a lucky guest snapped in the Tempus Two photo booth. The prize will include a Tempus Two Pewter Wine Pack, limited edition Tempus Two x Aje Tee and a $500 voucher to spend on covetable items from Australian design-duo.

Asahi Super Dry will also be at this year’s Fashion Week and Fashion Weekend Edition as the Official Beer Supplier. Asahi Super Dry will be available exclusively behind the bar across a number of runway shows across the events.

Asahi’s partnership with this year’s Fashion Week also looks to continue its ‘Is he Asahi’ TVC, launched in October last year, positioning the beer as a lifestyle brand. During this week and at the Weekend Edition, Asahi will be capturing the best men’s street style looks in a ‘Find the Asahi Man’ activation.

“We are working to build the profile of ‘the Asahi man’, to ensure the brand reflects the interests of our customer”, Michael Vousden, Beer and Cider Marketing Manager for Asahi Premium Beverages said. “We know he is a stylish man who likes to look and feel great, so we are thrilled to be partnering with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Weekend Edition.”

Also as major sponsor of Fashion Week Australia, Rekorderlig Cider will be onsite at Carriage Works, Sydney – the events iconic location. On Tuesday night, the brand in partnership with IMG, will host an exclusive dining experience on Track 12, with a three-course dinner and cocktails made by Swedish Global Brand Ambassador, Joel Perrson.

Likewise and to mark the annual celebration of Australia’s Fashion Week, EVH will be hosting its own Fashion Week Pop Up with Belvedere Vodka as the official drink of the event. The pop-up will showcase designers’ new collections from the runway over the week, alongside the exciting and new from EVH’s local and international clients.

Cîroc vodka will also be on hand in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Star Lounge.
