Coravin has expanded its Australian presence, having grown by 40 per cent this past year. There are currently more than 892 venues across Australia using Coravin systems and this business has ambitions to increase this figure five-fold by 2026.

To meet this demand and reach this target, Coravin has expanded its sales team in Australia, hiring four new account managers: Dominic Coulton (NSW/ACT), Jordan Gravestein (VIC/TAS), Amanda Reinoso (SA) and Daniel Hodge (QLD).

Rachel Tann has commenced as Marketing Manager working from Singapore where she will oversee the execution and elevation of brand strategies across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and Japan.

As part of the company’s focus on empowering the trade through innovation, Coravin brought all product distribution in-house and launched a ground-breaking new online portal for its Australian industry partners last year.

To celebrate the company hosted trade events in April at Vue de Monde in Melbourne and Balcon by Tapavino in Sydney.

Market Director for Coravin Australia and New Zealand, Gary Olasz, said, “With our new direct-to-market business model and recent team expansion, we are providing better service than ever before.

“Our local sales managers are available to assist trade customers with in-depth training for more effective use of Coravin devices to better preserve their wine, expand their by-the-glass menu, and positively impact financial performance.

“As we look ahead to the next 12-months, we are in a strong position to double our existing clientele. We are excited to continue to expand our distribution, launch innovative new products and welcome Coravin into more Australian venues; making wine more accessible to those who love it most.”

Coravin is a committed partner to the Australian hospitality industry, allowing its partners to expand their by-the-glass wine selection without wastage through its innovative wine technology.

Coravin is also a sponsor of the Drinks Association’s partner, Australian Wine List of the Year.
