Campari Australia will become the new distributor of Grand Marnier from July 1, following the Group’s (Gruppo Campari) acquisition of French parent company, Société des Produits Marnier Lapostolle S.A. (‘SPML’).

Grand Marnier is currently distributed in Australia through Think Spirits. Campari has asked that trade begin directing all committed outstanding claims to Think Spirits before the July 1 handover. Campari Australia has said that it will recognise any claims post this date.

“Campari Australia would like to thank the Think Spirits team for their dedication and professionalism in building Grand Marnier’s presence in this market,” said Franco Peroni, Managing Director of the company.

Grand Marnier is a leading premium liqueur brand, renowned for its blend of French Cognac and bitter orange. The liqueur is one of the most recognised and stories spirit brands, with a 150 year old history. At 40% ABV, Grand Marnier is traditionally served either on ice or in cocktails.
