The Brix Rum portfolio will join the Swift + Moore portfolio from July 1, 2020.
Brix is on a mission to revolutionise rum in Australia. The distiller’s efforts have led to Brix Gold winning a Gold medal and Brix White taking home World’s Best Unaged Pot Still Rum at the World Rum awards.
The Brix Rum urban distillery is located downtown at 350 Bourke Street Sydney. There, using the best quality Australian molasses, fresh organic sugar cane, an Australian made copper still, native spices and Australian wine barrels, Brix Rum is crafted by hand in small batches. Looking ahead, the team is in the process of barrel aging many more unique styles, one barrel at a time.
