Aussies have nabbed five spots among this year’s Top 4 Finalists announcements for the 14th annual Spirited Awards.

Maybe Sammy (pictured above) said: “It’s a magical moment for us in such a hard times and in less then two years we know how that happened. Our new and old guests giving us daily motivation to be better, our friends and colleagues all around the world giving us support to do what we always believed to do the best – entertainment and hospitality in one place.

Sydney’s The Baxter Inn is up for Best International High Volume Cocktail Bar, and Melbourne’s BYRDI is in the running for Best New International Cocktail Bar.

Founded in 2007, the Spirited Awards celebrate beverage professionals, products, and establishments across every facet of the global spirits and cocktail community. The award categories spotlight a range of talent from bartenders, journalists, and brand ambassadors, to brands and media, to ensure each aspect of the industry is well represented and recognised for its contributions.

For the first time in history, the Spirited Awards will exist in an entirely digital format. This will occur in two phases: a September 21 rollout of specific category winners via Tales’ website and a pre-recorded digital ceremony for select categories on September 24.
