Archie Rose Distilling Co has unveiled a new range of bottled cocktails that celebrates Australian native ingredients and art in homegrown twists on classic cocktails.

The four-strong line-up of Native Australian Bottled Cocktails includes the Eucalypt Mule, Rosella Sour, Red Centre Negroni, and Wattleseed & Peach Iced Tea. Crafted by Archie Rose Creative Drinks Manager Rocky Hair and featuring original artwork by Melanie Vugich, these ready-to-pour cocktails celebrate the beauty of native ingredients.

Mixed, measured and ready to pour straight from the fridge, these bottled cocktails bring the experience of the Archie Rose bar into the comfort of home.

A brilliant interpretation of the classic mule, the Eucalypt Mule features native river mint and Archie Rose Original Vodka, alongside peach, apricot and zingy ginger. Simply pour over ice, or top with soda, sparkling wine, or CAPI Ginger Beer. The original label artwork showcases the bright bush apples that infuse this cocktail with flavours reminiscent of Australian flora.

The Rosella Sour blends Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin with hibiscus, strawberry, coconut cream and a hint of pineapple. On the nose, it’s full of sweet strawberries and cream but on the palate, expect tart and tropical floral notes. Best served over ice, topped with soda, sparkling wine, or StrangeLove Very Mandarin Soda. Label artwork by Vugich features Rosella flowers in full bloom.

The all-Australian Red Centre Negroni does no disservice to the original. Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength Gin teams up with sweet vermouth from Victoria-based maker Maidenii and Økar Island Bitter sourced from South Australia’s Applewood distillery, plus native riberry and strawberry gum. Serve over ice, or topped with soda, sparkling wine, or Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic. Vugich’s original label artwork features an interpretation of red riberries.

The Wattleseed & Peach Iced Tea is a complex cocktail starring Archie Rose White Rye. Peach and mango meet lapsang souchong tea that lends a subtle smokiness to those bold tropical flavours. Native wattleseed adds an earthy note and is captured in the label artwork by Vugich. Serve this cocktail straight over ice, or top with soda, sparkling wine, or StrangeLove Smoked Cola.

“We’re immensely pleased with this range of bottled cocktails, perfect for summer with a top of soda or sparkling wine – they show the best of Australian flora, both inside and outside the bottle,” says Archie Rose Head of Hospitality, Harriet Leigh.
