Aperol is celebrating its centenary in 2019 and is toasting the milestone over summer with a series of Aperol Spritz events and activations.
The celebration kicks off with the first-ever Spritz Suite at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. Guests of the Spritz Suite will be welcomed with an Aperol Spritz on arrival, with all Spritz Suites complete with an Aperol Spritz bar cart.
Pops of iconic Aperol orange will be found throughout the suites, with objects from Australia and around the world styled throughout the in-house residences. Guests will also enjoy complimentary amenities such as Turkish towels and luxury toiletries, Pared eyewear frames, Moroccanoil travel packs, Go-To skincare packs and more – all with an Aperol-orange twist.
The Spritz Suite(s) at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel are available for consumers to book through to February 3rd, 2020.
Aperol will also be partnering with Tennis Australia to become the official aperitif of the Australian Open 2020, with centenary drinks served in Club Aperol bars across the tennis precinct at the Australian Open, ATP Series Perth, ATP Sydney, ATP & WTA Brisbane, WTA Hobart and WTA Adelaide.
Outdoor cabanas, daybeds and a bespoke Italian-inspired menu of charcuterie boards and tasting plates will bring a touch of Italy courtside.
Outside of the tennis action, expect bespoke pop-up bars, curated Aperitivo menus, live music, tennis on the big screen, table tennis and more nationwide.
