Ex Bacardi-Martini executive Finn Healey has been named the new Managing Director and Co-Owner of Ambra Spirits.
Finn, who’s hospitality and drinks industry career now stretches across sixteen years, first got to know the Adelaide-based team when launching his cocktail and training business, SA Cocktail Events, in 2017.
“Having seen Ambra’s brand grow stronger over the years, from evolving its identity to expanding its range, I’m thrilled to say that the excitement is at an all time high as we embark on this next chapter,” he said.
“With the launch of their new distillery bar and the rising trend in the limoncello category, there’s no better time to come on board and steer the ship to new heights.”
Since meeting in 2017, Finn has collaborated with Ambra co-owners Peppe Fusco and Nando Focareta in the development of Ambra’s portfolio drink strategy and their ‘Ambra Experience’ cellar door events.

Finn Healey will be making the move after almost 6 years at Bacard, including in his latest position as Senior Manager Capability Planning and Analysis – On & Off Channels.
