Kyle Minogue gives out free Guinness to concert fans
Kylie Minogue has made it up to her fans after postponing two gigs by giving them all a free beer.
The singer was forced to postpone two Irish gigs in October due to sickness.
She tweeted at the time: "Lovers - I'm so sorry to let you know that I can't do tonight's Dublin or tomorrow's Belfast shows. I've been trying everything possible to be well enough to perform for you but a throat infection has led to vocal strain.
"I promise I'll be back as soon as possible and at 100%. (The Guinness will be on me!).
"We're working on rescheduling and more details will follow. I'm so, so sorry to let you down and thank you for your understanding."
Diageo got wind of Minogue's promise and, when the concerts were rescheduled for this week, decided to give her a helping hand.
The singer posted a photograph of herself on Instagram (above) earlier this week pulling beers, with the caption: "Tonight is the first of the rescheduled shows in Dublin and Belfast. I promised the Guinness was on me, but wait... @homeofguinness have made it even better! Here I am with 'The perfect pine' and you can have the same! Present your #GoldenTour ticket for the Dublin or Belfast show and you'll get free entry to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, and a pint of the black stuff. (For over 18's only) Can't wait to see you at the shows. CHEERS!!"
